Medical Boarding in Aurora, CO: We’ll Care for Your Pets Like Our Own Pets

When you board at Altos Veterinary Clinic, we treat your pets like our own. Because your pet will be boarding with the staff and veterinarians you have come to know and trust, you can expect that there will be lots of cuddling and attention.

Medical boarding service provides a safe and secure place for your pet where he or she can be monitored throughout the day. This is a much less stressful solution for pets recovering from surgery or those with ongoing medical conditions such as diabetes. Our staff will give medication as needed and you can relax knowing that your pet will be in good hands.

Your pet will be walked at least three times a day, fed, and have “run around” time. Because of our close relationship with you and your pet, you can be sure that your dog or cat will be happy and well taken care of with us.

Your pet will be provided with clean water and nutritious food, but you are always welcome to bring your pet’s own food from home. If you think your dog or cat would be more at ease with them, personal items from home may be left with us, too.

For the safety of your pet, all cats and dogs boarding at Altos must have current exams and up to date on vaccinations.

If you are a new client, it is required to establish a doctor-patient relationship with our practice prior to boarding.
